PE:From 11/16/2025 until 1/5/2026
- 25 hours per week, including Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays
- Shifts are up to 4-8 hours long
- Food preparation: make bento, sushi, and all other ready to eat meals
- Maintain high standards on product freshness and hygiene
- Ensure that kitchen tools and work areas are properly maintained in a clean and orderly fashion at all times
- Receive produce merchandise including meat/fish products and prepare products by cutting, trimming, watering, wrapping, weighing, pricing and moving them to the sales floor
- Responsible for proper inventory control and product rotation to maximize product freshness and availability while minimizing waste
- Must be able and willing to do physically demanding work; must be able to walk around the store and lift merchandise, etc.
- Assist customers with special requests, answer questions about products, and help increase sales by recommending additional items
- Provide premium customer service; greet customers and courteously respond to inquiries
- Accurately handle customer cash and card payments
- Greet customers and courteously respond to inquiries
- Ensure that checkout areas are properly maintained in a clean and orderly fashion at all times
- Responsible for ensuring tag and pricing accuracy, and that floor shelves are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality products for customers
- Keep the store shelves organized properly and filled with appropriate items at all times
- All other related duties as assigned
- $18.00 per hour
